| By: Bill Curtis 7:52 PM Tuesday, December 2nd, 2008 Viewed 24 times. Rating: 0 |
Mark down December 14 to attend another of the Kern County Museum’s fun Clock Tower Holidays events, Cookies at the Clock Tower, from 11 a.m.-3 p.m., inside the Lori Brock Children’s Discovery Center at the Kern County Museum, 3801 Chester Ave. in Bakersfield. Admission is at a truly family-friendly price, just $5 per person, with children under age three admitted free.
As the name implies, there will be plenty of cookies to munch on, as well as hot drinks to warm the body on a chilly day. Children can participate in all kinds of activities designed with the Clock Tower Holidays’ Visions of Sugar Plums theme in mind. Planned to provide entertainment for the whole family,
Cookies at the Clock Tower will include something for everyone with magicians, opportunity drawing prizes and visits from that jolly old man who hangs out at the North Pole.
Learn more about Cookies at the Clock Tower by checking the museum Web site,
